Oklahoma is known for having one of the country's largest incarceration rates. Here are stories of Oklahomans  trying to negate the pervasiveness of the state's incarceration culture. Oklahoma's proclivity for jailing women -- the highest per capita in the country -- has caused a tremendous toll for children. Programs and businesses, large and small, are trying to help those in jail and those recently released. There are welders, future bakers and baristas. They highlight the hope of getting second chances.
